Conditions:
For mortgage loan amount equal to or more than $500,000 and less than $1 million, the referrer will be rewarded with $500 cash on loan settlement/drawdown.
For mortgage loan amount equal to or more than $250,000 and less than $500,000, the referrer will be rewarded with $200 cash on loan settlement/drawdown.
For mortgage loan amount equal to or more than $125,000 and less than $250,000, the referee will be rewarded with $100 cash on loan settlement/drawdown.
This offer applies to new customers only.
The referrer must be over 18 years of age.
The minimum mortgage loan amount is $125,000.
This privilege offer cannot be used in conjunction with other privileges.
The referrer and the referee cannot be the same person and/or Shelf Company.
Cash rewards will be separately credited into the referrer’s current bank/credit card account as specified at the time of application.
All employees who are employed by a corporation which has signed a mortgage referral agreement with Top Home Loans and are eligible for a brokerage fee, as well as Top Home Loans staff are not eligible for this offer.
